Open House Set for this Thursday

The Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship will be hosting an Open House Thursday February 3 at La Place Rendezvous.  The Tournament now has over 65 teams registered for the 2011 Tournament Days.

The new directors and team of this year’s tournament look forward to meeting and discussing the many changes that are being introduced in this year’s format.

“The most exciting change”, noted new chair Gord Watson “is the change in the prize board where every team on day 3 will be competing for cash prizes.  It is a new format and one that I am sure everyone will be excited by.”
The invitation is extended to anglers, sponsors, volunteers, past directors, friends of the tournament and general public.

“We look forward to meeting everyone and hearing from all the groups of additional ideas to make this tournament better”, stated Doug Cain a director since the tournaments beginning.

Bryan Gustafson, an angler and part of the father son Angler Services Committee invites all anglers and potential anglers to come to the meeting to discuss their participation in the tournament.

The tournament directors want to hear from everyone about their ideas for the 2011 tournament and the things that have made the tournament special to Fort Frances.
